Wonderful
The location is absolutely perfect. Just off the Gran Via, a wonderful plaza across the street, walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do, and eat. The casino across the street was a wonderful surprise.
The shower was heaven and the bed was comfy!!
Grabbing coffee & tea at the cafe in the morning was a little challenging. We didn't get the breakfast with the room, there were so many restaurants all around (including a Starbucks and a McDonald's across the street, if that's your thing).

The location was perfect. Close to the metro and walkable to most everything. The staff were all extremely professional and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like the property. It was so loud even at 3:00, 4:00 and 5:00 am it was nearly impossible to sleep.
Far too loud, poor performing elevator, and the staff was unwilling to help with hospitality such as calling taxis. My TV did not work and they showed disinterest in fixing it.

Small boutique hotel with big rooms and great bed in a perfect location. Everything in a big hotel but smaller and friendly. Simply a wonderful place to stay and visit Madrid. Walking distance to Plaza Del Sol, Plaza Mayor and mayor tourist areas.

Housekeeping staff are very noisy, work from early and take loudly and lock doors strongly, you hear their voices in your room … and sound of vacuuming also is very noisy and loud.

I traveled alone and got a solo traveler room. It was cozy and perfect for one person. Breakfast was very good. The location is excellent, walkable to many local attractions.
My room was very hard to get warm in the cold rainy weather in February. The warm air comes out by the ceiling and never made it down to the bed. It would be great for AC in the summer, though.
