Wonderful
We had a very good experience at Petit Palace Chueca. The location is definitely the biggest highlight of the hotel. It is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Chueca, with restaurants, bars, shops, and everything you need within walking distance.
The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Our room was very well ventilated, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was also very good.
The only thing we would mention is that the room could be a little larger, as it felt slightly small. However, this did not affect our overall experience.
The breakfast was wonderful, with a very good variety and quality, and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly throughout our stay.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend the hotel, especially for its unbeatable location.

Poor experience and not worth the price
The value for money is not fair at all. The room’s soundproofing is very poor, and the street noise is extremely disturbing, making it difficult to sleep.
The reception is also very unresponsive and does not answer calls.
The hotel lacks several basic amenities:
* No iron in the room.
* No tissues.
* No bathroom slippers.
Additionally, the shower drain cover is loose and unstable. I reported this issue to the hotel, but unfortunately, there was no response or action taken.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially considering the price. I expected much better service and facilities.

we had an excellent corner room looking out over the street at the front, great location able to walk to all corners of the city.
Nothing we had a lovely stay and wouldnt hesitate to recommend.
