A fantastic selection of food for breakfast.
The room (for example, the floor or furniture) isn't perfect or new, but the cleaning makes it feel fresh. The room was cleaned every day.
The staff was courteous.

Everything was excellent! The hotel is located in a lively and beautiful area of Madrid with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and easy access to the city’s attractions. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were comfortable, and every member of the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. We truly felt valued as guests throughout our stay. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The attention to detail and the exceptional hospitality made our experience unforgettable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.
