Staff is very attentive. Everything was very clean. Bed was very comfortable and washer had very good pressure. The hotel nailed the essentials very well and over delivered with a great breakfast and great attention from the staff.
The only thing this hotel could improve if they desire is modernizing the physical style of the rooms and bathrooms slightly, as it's a bit out-dated but this is just a nitpick of mine really. I didn't mind it too much since it's just aesthetic. They delivered in everything that was important for me.

The elevator wasn't working, which may be a stress for elderly people. In my case, it was understandable, but just an inconvenience for others.

Spacious, clean room and bathroom. Staff at reception was very helpful and accommodating when we wanted to change the room. Buffet
breakfast was very good. Close to bus and metro station , quiet, leafy area. Hand soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner were full sized and handy.
The fruits at the breakfast table were too cold.

Located near the subway station which is very important in Madrid. But the district itself is not the best one.
Good breakfast, but not great.
The building is old, the entrance to the hotel is ugly. The cleaning girls were very upset that we stayed until the very end and left at noon, with an attempt to enter the room number when we were sleeping in the morning.

The breakfast and location. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working but they provide us with a portable unit. For us it was a good solution.

Disappointing
The room in general is nice, bathroom too and everything was very clean. The breakfast was good and abundant, more than fair for the price.
All I wanted from this hotel was to sleep and rest since a was a bit hangover but casually I was assigned to a room right where repairs were made, there was noise for like 5 hours and also it was very hot due to the workers welding things on the ceiling… on top of that the AC stop working later at night.

The room was clean, comfortable, and at a good quiet location with easy walkable access to the metro. Great place to stay when traveling from the airport and the city centre. Staff were nice and attentive. Good room service. The highlight of this hotel was the breakfast. Amazing outstanding breakfast. During breakfast, Jenny was a great staff who was attentive to guests, made us feel welcome, and answered any questions we had. We stayed for two nights and we looked forward to their amazing breakfast. All staff were diligent and quick to assist when they can.
