Wonderful
Petite Palace Alcalá was in an absolutely outstanding location in Madrid. Everything was within easy walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nos tocó habitación interior y por la noche no se escuchaba nada, así que me encantó porque se pudo descansar genial. La habitación era cómodo, confortable y buena instalaciones dentro. Su ubicación también es destacable y la atención de las recepcionistas. Además, una vez hecho el check out puedes dejar tú maleta allí mientras por si quisieras visitar otro lugar. Sin duda el buffet desayuno es de calidad, todo muy bueno y muy buenas vistas.
Los ascensores deberían invertir en renovarlos, son muy estrechos y solo hay dos, de los cuales uno de ellos estropeado. El que funciona da muchas vueltas y nos tiramos 10 min esperando para que nos llevara a recepción.

The hotel is at the touristic heart of Madrid, which is great for a first-time visit. The room is very spacious, and breakfast is great. It's just what you expect for the price.
The bathroom (which is otherwise very comfortable) didn't seem to have proper ventilation.

Its proximity to the city center is one of the biggest assets of this property. It’s within walking distance to the Plaza Mayor, the Almudena, El Retiro, Museo del Prado, Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, Mercado San Miguel, Puerta de Alcalá, etc. We opted for the option with the breakfast… best decision we made! The view from the breakfast area is amazing! The rooms are very well maintained.

Incredible location, the breakfast room on the 5th floor is amazing. The view is incredible. We had a conference at the Circo de la bell Artes and it was a perfect localization.
The room was very very small and we had no view from our room whatsoever.

We had a very good experience overall. The breakfast was excellent, with a beautiful view, a strong selection, and high-quality food. The location was also a major advantage, since it gave us easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. The family room was a little small, but it still had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A great choice for a short stay in Madrid.
The only downside was that the first room had an unpleasant odor, but the staff was helpful and quickly moved us to another room, which we appreciated.

The breakfast place is iconic and unique in all madrid, the quality of food selection is premium as well as the decoration and ambiance probably my best breakfast in Madrid ever.

Breakfast was 7am-11am but it opened later than 7am and staff clean up and ate breakfast while it was 10:30… Beds were great but the bathroom smells like sewer everyday. Bathroom needs upgrade and facility over all needs works.

The location is EXCELLENT! You can walk everywhere and you also have the Sevilla Metro Station right by the door. The breakfast is Awesome. Has to many things and definitely the view is a plus. Super recommend and definitely if I have the opportunity, we will stay in again.

Great location. Exceptional breakfast in a great setting to start the day. Our room was large. Staff were all very friendly. We’d happily stay here again. Lift was way to get luggage curbside to room. WiFi was fast & reliable. Shower itself was great - good sized, good pressure, bonus pull down. Coffee in the inviting lobby.
At peak hour in the morning the shower was never cold but struggled to get/stay hot. (Non peak - super hot). A full length mirror outside the bathroom would help 2 people get ready at the same time.
