Exceptional
Very good location, most of the center is walkable in 10-15 minutes. Metro station is right on the corner with good connections. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Perfect for a few nights stay. Highly recommend.

The bathroom inside the bedroom! The 24 hour reception.
I booked a large room and booked my client into a smaller room. The person working when I arrived decided it would be best to put me in the small room next to reception and my client in the bigger room. I did not appreciate the change considering I had specified in booking.com what I would like.

All of the staff are very friendly and helpfull. The location of the mansion is close to the Metro stop just walking distance and there are lots of places to eat around it. We are enjoy to stay.

The staff were so friendly and warm and helpful. Our room 216 was small but had a little balcony. It was renovated and light. Overlooked restaurant below but was quiet. It had all we needed. Great location. Close to metros ,cafes bars and a great coffee shop, Misiones just down the road. Would recommend.that room. Enjoyed our stay. Many thanks.

The location is really good. Close to the Metro and located in a hip neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants and seemingly cool people. People running the place are nice. Very good about cleaning the room. AC was good.
Room could be bigger. There was a slight smell of funk but not so bad. Likely because the room is at the back to an alley from across another building. But the upside of that is the room was quiet so sleep was not disturbed. Bed sagged a bit on one side but was comfortable that didnt bother with sleep.

We stayed here for 3 nights and from the moment we arrived receptionist Aury was very welcoming. We had an issue with Air Con and she got it sorted for us and left a bottle of Cava in our room. The room was very clean and it was cleaned everyday. Location is ideal as we could walk everywhere. Would go back again

Great location right across from noviciado metro station and easy 5 minute walk to gran via and access to central madrid.
The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was really hard and had a plastic sheet over it.

A fantastic location, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was fantastic.
A complimentary shampoo and conditioner would have been a nice touch.
