Wonderful
The location was superb and we had a room with a good view
The room was rather small with no wardrobe. I can understand though that it's a very old building which would be difficult to adapt. The little shower head though could do with replacing as it is damaged.

The location is great, near the metro station, shops and restaurants,
As well as direct to the royal palace,
The room was clean with refrigerator and kettle, cooperative staff, the price was smart for the inner room.
The internet WiFi unfortunately was slow and hanging .

The apartment was spacious, the decor was charming and the view of the park was wonderful. The location was ideal for walking to many things that we were interested in (laundromat, cafes, bars, the opera, taxi's, rental bikes). The staff was helpful and friendly.
The floors in the apartment were nice looking real hardwood floors. Unfortunately, they were very noisy and creaked when walking down the halls to our room and around the room when stepping anywhere. Not only could we here others coming and going but it made we worried about moving about when it was later in fear of waking others in the building.

The location cannot be beat! They had the cutest little elevator and it worked beautifully. The girl at the front desk was most accommodating and very helpful. She is a gem.

A very spacious apartment. Nice kitchen area. Wood beams throughout and on the ceiling. Very quiet. Right across from the Royal Palace of Madrid which was nice. Easy walking distance to many sites!
The chairs could use padding in the cushions. The TV was in the bedroom instead of the main living area. No couch which I missed.

The staff was so kind and accommodating when we arrived early, tired from an overnight flight. They stored our bags, gave us good advice and let us know when a room was available. Such generosity!

The staff was wonderful. We didn't get in until after midnight they stayed longer to be there to greet us. The room was large and homie and comfortable. Close to all the squares food and drink.
