This property couldnt be in a better location in Madrid. It is on the street opposite the palace separated by a beautiful park The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help in any way. It had a balcony that you could people watch from. The room was larger than most we stayed at on our trip. Good value for the price
I was disappointed in the bathroom. It was very small and the issues we had was a faulty shower head and the drain cover was loose. The size made it uncomfortable.the only other issue was that the bed was small for us.My wife and I are tall and found the bed short and not wide enough.

The location was fantastic, lovely views of the royal palace and gardens, and very quiet at night. The building is typical Spanish character with a lovely rustic feel to the spacious room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely experience!
Maybe a little more hanging space for clothes and the balcony door wouldn't open after a hot day, caused I assume from metal expansion.

Exceptionally good location, next to the Teatro Real opera house, looking out at the Palace and gardens. Walking distance to everything, especially La Latina area for great bars and restaurants. Beautiful, elegant old building - felt very privileged! Staff all very helpful.
Hard to say anything negative at all!
This place deserves better (ie not instant) coffee please!
In the long term I hope they replace the internal doors with heavier ones but this was a tiny grouse.

We loved our clean, spacious apartment with doors opening onto a little balcony. We were on the third floor, so having the lift was great. We enjoyed the small bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates in our room. The location was perfect, right by the Royal Palace and we could walk everywhere. Receptionist, Alexandra, was wonderful. She was always friendly and helpful, giving us advice about what to visit and suggestions of where to eat out, and organising a taxi. She is a real asset to the business. Thank you so much for our lovely stay in beautiful Madrid.

The location and the staff were exceptional. The apartment was comfortable and spacious and so central we could walk to all the main attractant places of interest.
Be aware that the interior view is into two service shafts (we were expecting more of a central courtyard view) and as a result the apartment is quite gloomy although there are plenty of lights.

This was such a lovely accomodation and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay here.
