I absolutely love this hotel, it’s my second time staying there. The location and the view from the room is perfect. The room is big, everything is spotless clean, and I love everything about it!

Perfect location to all iconic sights in Madrid. It’s a walking distance from the Palace to Plaza Mayor. Also, Marianne the daytime manager is very attentive to the needs of the guests. She will try her best to assist you. Even the night manager is very helpful.
Not that I don’t like something about the place, but because it is smacked in the middle of important places to visit, and it’s within the pedestrian pathway, there will be times when the cab cannot go right in front of the hotel so you have to carry your luggages. But it is not that far from where the cab will stop.

Stunning. Tall ,elegant, original art Nouveau decor, the room was wonderful.
Location. But it’s in a development stage around the building.

The entrance is tricky to find so a description in advance would be helpful.

Marianna was very helpful and was able to change my room for a view of the Palace for an additional fee but it was well worth it. Everything was very close by , great location and walking distance to restaurants , St Miguel market for the tapas, shopping and major cultural and historical sites. Public transit , Metro nearby , perfect for visiting Madrid. We loved our stay .

You cannot get a better location. Near the palace close to restaurants. A great place to wander the old city. Quiet too.

Location was great.
Dark, miserable room, basic room, really disappointed and not what I expected from the photos and not worth the cost.
bed and pillows not comfy, no wardrobe, noisy corridor/floorboards.
Wouldn’t stay again.

Location is fantastic.
When I made the booking it was billed as a double room with two separate images which I took to mean two separate rooms. First they said they could give us a cot/bed in the room, next day they said it would chat €60. Classic bait and switch. Next time I’ll contact property for clarification.

Location is insanely good. You can wake up 5 minutes before your Palacio Real reservation and get there early ?. In all seriousness, super nice staff, very clean, and again the best location to stay in Central Madrid.
