Location was easy near Opera. It was surprisingly quiet for being so close. The space was nice.
Check in was confusing- there were multiple doors with same number. There were two different checkin inside building. Staff had difficulty because of the later.

Excellent location. Variety of rooms, and I got a very small room, but for great value. room was comfortabe, clean and very pleasant. I have stayed a few times here and would recommend.

The room/apartment is very spacious and the location right next to the Opera House and the Royal Palace is also excellent. I found the bathroom to be slightly ill designed with things like the toilet paper hanging on a roll behind me. Surely, there was a better place than there. The staff was pretty nice, as well. I had a glorious view of the Royal Palace from my room.
I needed to leave a day early because of work and was told that I would still be charged for the last night. I thought that that was a bit rough.

The room was spacious and comfortable, which made a big difference, especially after long days out. The location was excellent — close to everything we wanted to see and easy to get around, whether walking or using public transport.
While the room was spacious and the location was very convenient, my stay was disappointing. The bathroom had a persistent sewage smell, and the creaky floorboards made it difficult to feel comfortable. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

I arrived very late and I was unable to find the hotel, so the receptionist (Jose) came out and meet me in the street and helped me carry my luggage. That was very very appreciated! Thank you Jose.
Everything was fine, there was not much I did not like.

The bathroom in my specific room was a bit small. I have stayed in this hotel a lot and this is the first time that I stayed in this particular room with the small bathroom...useable but smaller than I am accustomed to.

The location was right across from the Palace Real, right in the heart of a touristy area full of shopping and restaurants. Public transit was nearby, which made the Oriente Palace a great hub for our Madrid travel. The room itself was clean, had a view overlooking the square (though the Palace was mostly obscured by trees), and with the wood ceiling beams, chandelier, and wooden floorboards felt like a historic building with character.

Absolutely lovely location within a stone's throw from the Palace! Amenities and staff were lovely, and it was easy to communicate and sort out with staff after a booking confusion on my end.
