Very attentive hotel staff, and a lovely room. Hotel has excellent facilities and is well finished. Breakfast if fabulous
Lunch and dinner service at the rooftop bar/resturaunt can be slow and inattentive.

There is so much to like here. Great service, rooftop restaurant, weekend brunch, nice rooms. Cold water and a glass of bubbly when you arrive. This is my favorite hotel in Madrid.

A truly wonderful hotel! The design is beautiful, and the service is outstanding. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities are great – especially the restaurant and the lovely breakfast bakery.
The only downside was the lack of proper soundproofing. We could clearly hear noises from the room above us, as if we were sharing the same space, and street noise was quite noticeable since the hotel is located on a main road.
I still highly recommend the hotel, but I do hope they work on improving the sound insulation to make it a perfect stay – especially for light sleepers.
There is no proper soundproofing, so noise from other rooms and the street can be easily heard.

They made you feel special. The location was just across the road from the train station which was good. However Madrid itself is too far spread out. However the facilities were excellent.

The location was amazing, really chose to the train station (less than 5 minutes walking) and about 25 minutes walking from the Placa Mayor aka the central area. The staff was lovely, and the place was clean and nicely decorated.
Not the most comfortable bed. The pillows were really weird and we didn’t really manage to get proper rest. We were there for only one night though, arrived back really late after a concert and expected to fall asleep quickly, were unable to do so because we didn’t manage to find a way to make those pillows less hard :)
