Hotel was Amazing and located in the perfect location right across from the main Madrid train station. The lobby decor looked unique and wonderful. My room was great and had everything I needed for a wonderful stay. Had breakfast and dinner at the top floor and they were fantastic with great views at the top.
Not much I can say that I didn’t like about it. Overall great property in Madrid!

Very close to the train station, Prado and Retiro. Very cool lobby and gorgeous terrace. Check in experience with Edgar was great. Rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Excellent location for us as it is just across the street from the Atocha train station which was its most important attribute in our case. Very good breakfast service.
We tried to have dinner at the onsite restaurant on the top floor but the service was abysmal and we ate elsewhere. However the service at breakfast there the next morning was fine. Maybe it was an off night.

Nothing really.
Location next to huge roadworks. Bizarre lobby decor, more like a black and chrome nightclub. Huge wait for room service. Corridors to rooms decorated in prison- chic with stencilled door numbers. The most expensive hotel by far on our trip and definitely the least enjoyable.

The location was excellent.
Room was quiet away from the noise as the location of room was in a corner hidden away as such.
Various tv channel options from different countries.
Hotel is literally located at opposite direction from Atocha station.
Good connections to outer areas of Madrid and other cities on the Ave train to Barcelona and within Madrid vicinity too.
Local restaurants and cafès nearby too and a pharmacy.
Room clean, stylish and chic.
Hotel lobby and staff at the reception desk friendly and helpful. Smooth check in process.

Most of it the location was very central but the roadworks were very intrusive in the morning. They were not mentioned on booking.com
I needed a garage so that was a good facility.
The roof terrace was a wonderful place to spend an evening and the staff charming
