One of the most outstanding hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It exceeded in every way and more.
Amazing location, beautiful interior, staff go above and beyond, comfortable well equipped rooms with robes etc. you receive complementary drinks also on arrival and a token for the beautiful roof top terrace.

Me encantó el hotel. Está ubicado en un lugar centríco y lo más importante es que la estacion de Atocha está a unos pasos del hotel. Además el Prado museo y el parque está muy cerca a pasos del hotel. Pero, lo más importante es el personal del Hotel. Todos son amables y muy profesionales.

The staff all brilliant esp Enrique “Henry the head cocktail/barman he was absolutely brilliant.
And because we travelled in by train from Barcelona it was great knowing the hotel it was close to the station .
Not the hotels fault but construction of the major round about and road work noise that you could hear .
Food was ok but wouldn’t say memorable .

Loved the breakfast, wish I had pre-booked it. The beds were also incredibly comfortable.

The front of house and concierge was very friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 nights, coming by train from Malaga and then departing by train to Barcelona. This was a great location, opposite Atocha train station , walking distance from Prado and Reina Sofia museums. The room was clean . It waa super hot day ending in bushfires . Once the window was closed, could not hear anything so aircon and windows worked very well. Good bed too.

Beautiful hotel, very clean. We arrived very late, the reception team was very nice and welcoming, even upgraded our rooms. Then we went to the 7th fl for very late dinner and the whole team went above and beyond for us and made us feel great! Thank you:)

Staying at Only You was an absolute dream from start to finish! The service here goes far beyond standard hospitality—it is truly personal, warm, and attentive.
Right from the start, we were greeted with a welcoming drink at the stunning rooftop restaurant and treated to delicious gourmet chocolates in the room. The room itself was spotless, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay.
The highlight, however, was the incredible staff. On one of our days, I asked for directions, and the front desk attendant didn't just point on a map—they actually walked me to the location without a second thought. That level of kindness and dedication is rare.
A flawless 10/10 experience. I cannot recommend Only You enough and will definitely be back!

The location is unbeatable, literally across the street from Atocha train station, which was perfect for our arrival from Málaga and our early morning flight the next day. The hotel itself is stylish and well-designed, and the room, even the smaller one we ended up in, was clean, modern, and comfortable. An ideal spot for a stopover before or after train travel.
We booked two Deluxe Doubles with balcony (paying about €20 extra per room for the view). On arrival, the receptionist assigned us to rooms on separate floors, and when we asked to be together as a family, he moved us to smaller rooms on the 7th floor with no balcony and no view, without disclosing the downgrade. Reception was also unfriendly, and there was a billing error I only caught at checkout, where we were charged extra for a room that didn't match what we'd booked. When we raised it, the staff refused to fix it and told us it was our own fault for asking to be on the same floor. Because we had an early flight, we didn't get to try breakfast. For a hotel at this price point, we expected better communication and accountability.
