This was the third time I have stayed at the Only You Atocha. It is perfectly situated for the big three museums: The Prado, the Thyssen and the Reine Sofia. It is also very close the the Retiro and the beautiful Real Jardin Botanico parks. The hotel is situated very close to the Atocha underground. The room was a decent size and the buffet breakfast was very good. Everything is very clean. The staff, as always, were very helpful.

Staff were all lovely. Room was large and comfortable. Price was good.
Layout of hotel is a little strange--halls felt long and narrow, difficult to find my way back out to the lobby. Also, I didn't have time to get the full breakfast, electric kettle in my room did not work, and there was no way to get a cup of coffee before I took my taxi to the airport. I'd suggest getting the coffee shop just off the lobby to open earlier!

Clean, awesome location, super stylish, and really comfortable bed in the room. The rooftop bar is stunning!

Exactly the kind of place you look for near to the train station. There are lots of possibilities to get breakfast, lunch... and very near to landmarks. Room has a decent size for an European hotel and the mattress was really comfy.

Absolutely beautiful lobby and rooms, so warm and welcoming, and the staff are outstanding. Truly felt like a much more expensive hotel. Will definitely try to stay here again if I am back in Madrid.

As a single female traveler there was a drunk man in the bar who became really uncomfortable, the staff were amazing in dealing with it but was unpleasant experience

The room was very big and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice and big. The location is perfect. It was convenient to the train and subway and a short walk to the national museums and to many great restaurants and neighborhood wine bars. All of the hotel staff were kind and helpful. We did not take advantage of the breakfast buffet on the roof at the hotel, but the Breakery cafe in the lobby was convenient for a quick morning bite and for tea and cake in the afternoon. The rooftop restaurant served delicious Spanish food. We went twice to have drinks while we watched the sunset over Madrid.
The construction on the Atocha train station was a little bit noisy in the morning after 8 am a couple of mornings during our 5 night stay. The gym was pretty good with free weights and machines but did get crowded occasionally when we used it.

Our experience was amazing from the moment we arrived. We received a warm welcome, and the staff took the time to explain all the hotel’s amenities and facilities in detail.
We also had a host who gave us excellent recommendations for nearby attractions and tourist activities, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options and different types of cuisine. We truly looked forward to it every morning and enjoyed every meal.
Most importantly, the staff was always friendly, attentive, and available to help with anything we needed. They made sure we had the best possible experience throughout our stay.
Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. We would definitely love to come back!
