The staff at reception were all very impressive and super helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable bed and gorgeous decor. All of the hotel was spotlessly clean.
We paid for an upgraded room with street balcony and view. The room was superb but unfortunately, on the weekends, it is over a very busy and noisy street due to the number of bars, clubs and restaurants. This made it hard to have a full nights sleep. I would go to the hotel agin but would not upgrade to a larger balcony room.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Only YOU Boutique Hotel Madrid, and our experience exceeded expectations in every way.
Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and exceptionally comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hotel’s location is simply outstanding—perfectly situated in the heart of Madrid, within walking distance of excellent restaurants, shops, and many of the city’s main attractions.
What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional level of service provided by the entire team. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome.
We would especially like to express our sincere gratitude to Vagner Giovanna at reception, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, he took outstanding care of us and consistently made sure everything was perfect. His kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression on us.
We wholeheartedly recommend Only YOU Boutique Hotel Madrid to anyone visiting the city and would be delighted to stay here again on our next trip to Madrid.

The room was very comfortable, incredibly quiet and nicely stocked with coffee, tea supplies and bathroom products.
I didn't love the first room we were given, it felt like a closet with a "window" that opened onto a shaft. It definitely didn't match the photos on the website. Before we checked in we were told we could upgrade to slightly bigger room for 50 Euros extra per night. We declined, but after seeing the room, which was just disappointing for the price, we decided to pay extra for a nicer one. Basically they know its not a nice room. I feel like in nicer hotels there can be a feeling that if you aren't going to spend the money on a room that they're known for, they just kind of give throw away rooms to the guests that want to be there but aren't quite well off enough to get the real experience they're offering.

I really liked the large and comfortable bed, the excellent location, and the smart room layout. The closets and storage space were very convenient, and the room facilities were well designed and comfortable for a longer stay.
The The sink did not seem well matched with the faucet, which made it difficult and awkward to use. It was not very practical. Also, during showers, the water temperature kept changing suddenly from very cold to extremely hot, which was uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We booked a wonderful suite, the breakfasts were excellent, and both the staff and the level of service were outstanding. The only minor issue was the lack of towel racks and a way to dry towels. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Madrid

Beautiful boutique hotel in Chueca with unique touches, great contemporary decorations, SUPER clean, friendly helpful staff, bar and cafe wonderful way to start and end your day roaming through Madrid, everything in walking distance in a hip neighborhood.
Pretty complex ground floor paths (map would help) and with many side areas to sit, unfortunately every day one or the other area was blocked off and the path to get in/out of the hotel has been switched around to accommodate private events.
These events ended at around 10pm but pretty loud in your room until then. The wonderful atriums are filling interior rooms/spaces with light but also echo the sounds from below.

Nice location and big bathroom
They gave us a room that must have been located above the kitchen and window to back alley. Every night at 3am the workers at the hotel were very loud waking me up. Gym is very very small
