Staff were very helpful and the room was good.
It was too hot in the room and we couldn't figure out how to get the AC to work. We thought we had it figured out and went to bed but it was too hot throughout the night.

Perfect location for a stay in Madrid! I stayed one night only and didn't want to overspend on the room but this was a pleasant surprise. The staff was super friendly and available at all times, the common areas are comfortable and nice, the luggage room is very practical. The room was also very good, and you can tell people here are used to sharing because everyone was mindful about noise. The location was great, La Latina is a great place to stay in, very central.

It is great value for the price, located very close to the main central activities, good restaurants, walking distance to everything in the Old Madrid Center.

The staff was so busy(during my checkin) but they were so nice, active and supportive. They explained everything clearly. Free coffee and Juice for all guests. The location is fine. There are many restaurants nearby. It was about 5 minutes walk from the train station. The laundry machine was available(with dry machine). Breakfast and dinner are available at the 1st floor.
The room wall was so thin that I could hear the noise all night. There were a primary school trip during my stay. The heater did not work during my stay because it was centrally controlled.

Great location hands down.
Beds are noisy, not only the one you sleep in, but the top ones. The bathroom and sink are inside the room; the bathroom is small, and poor ventilation makes it wet all the time, and hence, it has mold spots growing.

I had to book it at the last minute, and I chose it based on its high rating, which is absolutely well deserved. Excellent staff and service. The room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was excellent! It’s very well located, close to Tirso. Next time I go to Madrid, I’ll definitely stay there again!

We loved all the staff, they are warm and friendly and it's clear that they love connecting with their guests! We loved our dorm room for 4, the beds were comfy and everything was very clean. The hostel is in a good location with many tapas bars all around. The breakfast was very good and loved the free coffee all day long!

Honestly this hostel is flawless!!!! I dont understand the negative reviews about it! The bed size was amazing, super comfortable, VERY VERY clean, the entire place smells amazing all the time! I loved everything about this place. So if youre coming to madrid just dont think twice and book this hostel. Its honestly wonderful and its price is super affordable, staff are super friendly too! I loved it so much!
The upper beds need to have curtains as well, other than that it was just Perfect!!!

The hostel is in a good location and very close to a metro station, which made it convenient to get around Madrid. The bathroom was clean, and the bed itself was also clean and comfortable enough for a short stay.
The bathroom is located inside the dorm room, so you may hear people going in and out, especially at night.
