We stayed at this hotel with my family and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a bit small for a family of four, but since we were mostly out, it was fine. The sofa pulled out, allowing all four of us to sleep comfortably. The location is a bit far from the city center, but having a bus station right in front of the hotel was a great plus and made getting around very easy. The area is safe and quiet.

The restaurant was great - I had a dinner there with colleagues and they all mentioned how much they liked it the following day. Breakfast was excellent as ever.
Room 615, the sink was partially clogged (would not drain) and on the first day, the bin wasn't emptied from the previous guest. The sink was fixed by Thursday evening.

When asking for an invoice by check-out, I was told to get it from Booking.com, but Booking directed to hotel again. Confused and still haven’t got it.

The location and shower mixer
The hotel shouldn’t be 4 stars it could be 3 or maybe 2. The hotel is mixed with ibis.
The reception is so small.
They provided one water bottle in the first day only and even the water tank in next to reception is always empty.

Excellent property tucked away from the bustle in a nice residential area, yet accessible to all major attractions. Very friendly and proactive staff always willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay.
The swimming pool was not temperature controlled which was a bit of a let down.

The rooms are well-maintained, nice swimming pool and the staff is consistently friendly and accommodating.
We were unable to dine downstairs despite the restaurant being closed. Unfortunately, there was no toilet brush provided, and the door card lockers were malfunctioning. We had to make multiple requests for these issues to be addressed, which was quite frustrating.

Comfortable hotel. Easy location for quick access by car to M30 and surrounding areas. Very friendly staff and entrance.
The pool turbidity was really disgusting. One of the compelling reasons of staying in this hotel in summer was its pool facilities. This time at least they looked really dirty, the hotel should take care of this more proactively and consider rules that keep the turbidity levels on good ratio.
