Wonderful
Exceptional by all means! It made our stay in Madrid worthy. The staff are amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely professional! We had an incident and asked if we could keep our car in the parking lot for an additional 2 days and they instantly approved, it was a problem solving situation.
Also the pool is really nice and the breakfast is very rich. The rooms are clean and the cleaning service is available all day! Very much recommend

The location was perfect because it enabled us to be in a residential area and catch the local vibe a bit better than in other tourist areas.
Breakfast was always very crowded. However, there was a female host who was absolutely a marvelous person. Always welcome us with a smile. The pool was very small and always crowded.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. I especially appreciated having a sofa in the room, which made it much more convenient. The hotel's location was also very good.
There was no hand soap in the bathroom throughout our entire stay, and there was no toilet brush either. The bathroom also had a noticeable damp smell, and there was no separate switch to turn on the ventilation.
The swimming pool was quite small for such a large hotel and was almost always overcrowded. This wasn't a major issue, but I never had the chance to use it because it was always full.
There was also no coffee machine. Although one was not advertised, I have come to expect one in a four-star hotel. Instead of proper mugs, only disposable paper cups were provided for tea. While they can be reused, I would expect ceramic mugs in a four-star hotel.
Another thing I found surprising was the lack of a recycling bin in the room. Recycling was only available in the hall.

Üzgüçülük hovuzunun balaca olması, İnsolito restoranında “kids menyu”-da dondurmanın təklif olunmasına baxmayaraq, uşağa şokaladlı dondurmanın olmadığını bildirmələri, lakin bir neçə dəqiqə sonra digər masaya şokoladlı dondurmanın verilməsi bizi həm məyyus etdi, həm də hazırki qiymətin verilməsinə səbəb oldu. Töbsiyyə edərdim ki, belə məqamlatda restoran əməkdaşları diqqətli olsun.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Madrid! The location is great, making it easy to get around the city. The swimming pool was perfect for cooling down after spending time in the summer heat. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of fresh and delicious food. Our only small suggestion would be to add Nutella to the breakfast buffet—our kids missed it a lot! ?

Wonderful
It was a very conveniently located and comfortable place for our one night stay after a long international flight. The breakfast was truly exceptional.
I wish the pool had longer opening hours so we could enjoy it. We had a late check in after our flight and the pool closes at 8pm while it is still daylight and sooo hot! It opens late too, so we missed it. The restaurant is a bit overpriced too.

Front desk staff were wonderful. They were very helpful to the whole family and che king 8n all of us to four rooms with different reservations.
The staff at the restaurant were a bit disorganised. The breakfast buffet was excellent but the food from the la carte menu was mediocre

Clean room, tea and coffee available in the room for free. Relatively good beds. Good curtains against the sunlight. Good cleaning of the room every day.
Double blankets for both beds. Very few people like to use shared blankets with others.
No toilet brush for the WC, hard to understand why.
The hotel confirmed the room will provide bathtub, but finally we had a room with shower.
Poor air conditioning function in the room.
Very few hangers in the room for the towels.
Paper towels not refilled in the bathroom when we used them.
