Very beautiful and modern decor. Comfortable bedrooms. Centrally located: about a block away from Gran Via, shops, theaters, coffee shops, and restaurants. Spacious bathroom.
The dining/kitchen area is rather small, but we were able to manage. The TV wasn't working.

The location was excellent. The rooms were spacious and very stylish, and clean. There was good water pressure, and all of the furnishings were very nice. Also, the owners/ staff were very welcoming!

The apartment is on the first floor (without lift), which could be a problem with bulky luggage. The bedroom on the street side is quite noisy overnight.

The apartment was very clean and well located, just off the busy streets so not too noisy. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds and extra pillows. The air conditioning was also good to have.

Inmaculada was very kind and helpful, making it possible for an early and easy check in. The beds, couch and chairs are very comfortable. It was really clean. It was the perfect size and location for a family of four on our first trip to Madrid. Inmaculada had cold bottles of water for us in the refrigerator.
It could be noisy at night, but with the AC on and ear plugs, it was fine. It’s a couple of blocks from Gran Via, so it’s not as busy/noisy, but you get some traffic in the area.
