The location is great if you want to stay a bit outside the city center.
The pool is on the small side and there were not that many umbrellas to cover from shade. The bar and restaurant of the hotel have the basic things and are very overpriced (like most hotels) but not really worth it

Great location next to river bank. Perfect for dog walks.
They told me parking was available for car of 2.4m tall, with roof box, but actual limit was 2.2m. Not a problem, parking on street was great.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, with a path along the river that's perfect for walking or running. It's a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. There’s a nearby bus stop that connects directly with Atocha train station, both to and from the hotel, which makes it very convenient. It’s also well connected to the city center.
There are several supermarkets nearby, which is great for picking up snacks or anything you might need.
As for the hotel itself, everything was 10/10. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious—something you don't find easily in most hotels nowadays. We really enjoyed the pool; even though it's small, it was very clean and a perfect spot to relax. Among the amenities, the gym was surprisingly well-equipped.
Breakfast was good. We’ve had better in other places, but overall it was tasty and quite complete. The price-quality ratio was on point. Check-in and check-out were both fast and easy, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Honestly, nothing major. Everything was great.
