The area is a bit out of Madrid and when we walked to a restaurant some random guy was following us. But the hotel is good but the bed is a bit tiny

The lobby was nice
-Family room was small
-Floor was missing pieces
- light switches by the bed didn’t work properly (right side turned on/off the left & vices versa)
- bunk beds weren’t safe. There was a gap on the top bunk & when my son went up his leg slipped through
- when my son was using the ladder ( it wasn’t secured & he fell back) luckily the bed cushioned his fall & I did report it to the front des
-prices for the snacks & drinks are too expensive
- the shower head pointed to the shower door & I did try to adjust it but nothing happened

Great hotel, convenient location, near Metro, and a short ride from the airport, courteous staff, comfortable room, good set of toiletries
The mini-refrigerator was filled with overpriced "minibar" items, leaving no space for our food and drinks, so we had to stack some of the cans and unload some bottles, and then put them back in when we were checking out, to avoid any confusion.

The staff were amazing and very helpful! They went above and beyond what was expected to make me feel comfortable! They spoke to me in my native language and gave me advice on how to best get around the city as a tourist!

The hotel was excellent - very comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was very good. Has very friendly and helpful staff, with excellent English. Alex and Alvarno were particularly helpful and friendly, as were the check-in staff. Travelled with two friends and we were pleased that our request for bedrooms near each other was fulfilled.
The location is great - a very short walk to the metro and has bus stops nearby.
On day of checkout we were able to leave our bags at reception while we explored the beautiful El Retiro Park - this was much appreciated.

The amazing smell of perfume as you came into reception. And the warm beautiful smiles from the reception staff.
A quieter room door would be great. Some way of stopping the loud clunk as other guests come and go?
