we thought it was weird that the room had free tea & coffee, at breakfast we had tea & coffee included but we went for tea at 4:00pm and they charged us $11.00 for 2 teas and a tiny jar of peanuts.

Alejandro at reception is a great ambassador for the company. Friendly, helpful and always has a smile on his face.
A brilliant first impression.
When using the pool on the 3rd floor you had to get your own drinks from the ground floor. A minor inconvenience.

The noise insulation was terrible. We stayed on the 4th floor and can hear the ambulance sirens throughout the day.

Wonderful
Excellent location for the metro and route way for driving to the hotel. The underground car park was easy to access and offered secure parking… for a price. The small swimming pool was appreciated by my partner after a long day exploring the city attractions. A good breakfast was part of our package. Rooms were a good size and comfortable
Very happy with this property.

Room was nice. Small but well-designed. I was most satisfied with breakfast. They have many options for lactose & gluten intolerance. Bed was also one of the best. Swimming pool was cherry on the top.
The wall was very thin so I could hear the neighbors, cleaning during the day, noise from street etc.

The room was great, no problems at all. The temperature was ideal, the bed large and comfortable, and I especially appreciated how dark the room would become when I wanted to sleep. It was well kept, with room service attending the room each day to replace towels, remake the bed, empty bins, etc. I had no problems with the room at all and suited my needs perfectly.
It was really easy to get to the city centre on the metro service, and situated not far from the airport and also the Iberdrola Music venue (which was my main purpose for the visit). The reception staff were all really friendly and helpful, and could all speak English well.
