Location is excellent directly across the street from the train station and within easy walking distance to museums. Very good breakfast.
The balcony room with view is very small hardly room to walk between the desk and the bed. There isn't a view unless you are standing on the balcony looking over a 4' solid facade wall.

The building, location and my room with a balcony was amazing. The staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast was also great with big selection. The amenities in the room were nice and enough.

It was very good staying and staff was helpful and friendly the locations is perfect near to grand via street by bus n 001 free ticket and the breakfast is very good and variety . In general i was happy to stay at nh hotel

I love the location and the grand style of the hotel.
I paid for a superior room and received what looked like a very normal, smallish room. I was disappointed by the cleanliness because the corners in the bathroom were dirty and their was hair on the bathroom floor, not mine

Location was great and the size of hotel was just right.
The bed was not to the standard of that type of hotel. Old-fashioned mattress. I was on the third floor and it was very noisy. Both noises from other rooms and cars outside were load. That was surprising!

Been here several times. Always a great experience. When using rental car, be careful no to use a bus lane or enter restricted zones. Metro rail is best

Clean, well maintained facility in good location. Very pleasant staff. Loaned me a travel charger. Breakfast was tasty and they do made to order. Nice gym with water provided. Shower was safe and easy to navigate controls. I would stay with NH again. No unpleasant surprises.

Everything. The breakfast is 10 of 10. Tabla fina is an excellent restaurant. The personnel always diligent and avle to help and assist.
During our last night, we where in a room in the 2nd floor that gets too much noise from the street.

Location was great for me. Hotel was nice and staff very helpfull when I lost something. Good breakfast. It would be 10/10 if not annoying dogs next door.
The only issue I had were barking/hhowling dogs next door! Looks that hotel is pets friendly but doesn't separate that dogs don't disturb other guests. It is probably the fault of owners leaving dogs in hotel room and going to the city but I would prefer silent evenings.

Terrace room was small; next time I would forego the terrace for a larger room. The terrace view was nothing exceptional.

Not much , it did not look like the picture above it’s in the middle of stores.
The handle off of the balcony door fell completely off and we had to sleep with the door ajar and it was 35 Fahrenheit out side and the room was quite small .
