smallest room ever, you barely have space for the bed. In the bathroom, the toilet is so close to the shower that you can barely sit on it. Bathroom is so close to the room and bad isolated that you have 0 privacy.

The location was excellent and very convenient. The reception service was outstanding, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Diana at the reception for her kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service. She made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the Hotel was great - right next to the Botanical Gardens and walkable to everywhere else! The balcony on the room was wonderful and we had great views over the Gardens - it was lovely to have some outside space. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of choise
The only thing really that could have been better was the size of the room which was very small! We were offered a larger room but it wouldn't have had the balcony which is what we particularly wanted.
