Location
Superior was not worth the extra money, same view and same size. Would have chosen the more basic room and price if I’d knew. I also didn’t have a big bed for my wife and I, only two singles which is not what I booked.

We had the most amazing stay at this lovely hotel. Excellent staff who were friendly and helpful. Room was large, beds comfortable, large bathroom and shower and very clean. The hotel was also in a good location and within walking distance to a lot of the landmarks. A lovely addition too was that it was my birthday whilst I was in Madrid and the hotel and team gifted me a most delicious desert which included fruit, chocolates and cheesecake...such a lovely surprise and very thoughtful of them.

The breakfast was fab, v fresh and lots of choice, the staff were also very friendly, and the room was comfortable. The terrace was beautiful.
The restaurant recommend to us by reception was not very nice. The QR code that was supposed to used to order room service and for other facilities did not work. There was no coffee facilities in the room which I would expect to have even in a standard room.

Excellent location, Prado Museum is just across the street, there are a lot of shopping and restaurants in a walking distance. The staff at the desk is very helpful.
There are not enough elevators in the building, during the rush hours it is necessary to wait until you can catch it.

Perfect location, safe neibourghood, near Atocha train station. 15 minute walk to Gran via.
Clean and comfortable. Great beds and view from room. We stayed top floor facing Paseo del Prado and could see the yrees from the park.
The bed is queen bed. It was ok for me and my daughter but it could be small for 2 large people. Width 150 cm.
The bathroom door is made of glass. Not great for privacy.

the breakfast buffet is just stunning nice and delicious and the supervisor Fatima is just exactly the person it needs to change from a good service to a stunning one.
The lady who makes up the room us super speedy and incredible smiling always running, she deserves employee of the month
Reception is friendly and effective
The room is nice with a logic bathroom not too modern, just efficient all good
They have a fridge which can be used and you can open a real windows
its a real pleasure to be there
Honestly not much i did not like, eventually the bed was a bit too hard for us, but even this was better than 99% other hotels
