The room was very big and well equipped. The bathroom was particularly good.
The hotel is right next to a motorway and the sound insulation could have been slightly better, but it wasn't bad. The coffee at the hotel café was poor, but again, this isn't a big issue.

Gym equipment broken and old, TV doesn't work in the gym. TVs are not smart, can't see your apps or sports. Location is tricky to get to.

The staff at check out was very friendly and understanding.

I liked the sizing of the room with the double bed, how much extra space we had because of the table and chairs. The beds were extremely comfortable, had the best sleep over the 4 days we were in Madrid. The cleanliness of the rooms were on point when we arrived and the cleaning service was very good too. Food was very good in terms of choices, very fresh choices with very nice staff in both cleaning services and in the restaurant. Very friendly staff in the front desk office as well at the entrance of the hotel fixing any queries with card registrations for the rooms etc.
There was really good reviews regarding the gym however there was broken machines (certain chest exercise (pec fly) and benches. Couldn't change the angle of the benches because it was stuck on incline, so couldn't On top of that, it was very small, only including dumbbell weights up to 14kg. There was a swimming pool next to the gym but this was out of use. No water in the pool and not in a clean condition. Within the room, there was no toilet brush so it was a bit disturbing to leave the toilets unclean on a daily basis. In terms of distance away from the city, this could take 30-60mins to travel via public transport. Had some issues with the public transport card for tourists, so couldn't take the bus right next to the hotel and had to use the metro instead which was a 10mins walk from the hotel. Since we packed up the day with many things to do, there wasn't time to come back to the hotel if we wanted to change or drop off any things. Also since this was a surprise birthday gift for my partner, I had given requests from the staff to include some balloons or a bowl of fruits and chocolates in the room. This request got immediately rejected once I had made the payment for the hotel. On top of that I had requested if its possible to check in a bit earlier due to the time of the flights. Once we arrived, we had to wait 30mins for a room and instead opted to drop off our items in the storage room.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the temperature was just right, I had a nice view from the room and the breakfast was quite delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for business around Las Tablas area.

The room was clean, plenty of desk space and storage for suitcases. The reception staff at the front desk were great.
The staff at breakfast were not super friendly, and 1 gentleman looked appalled when I spoke in English.
