Location, quiet, Breakfast
Didn’t seem to be a 5 star hotel at all- Decor in need of some attention. Standard room very small and dated. We have to upgrade our room for an extra cost as the original room we booked through Booking.com was too small and shabby

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the reception staff were very professional, helpful, and handled the situation politely.
Considering the 5 stars, the room condition and cleanliness were below standard. The room entry door was difficult to open and was not fixed after being reported, the bed sheets were damaged, and the window was noticeably dirty. The most serious issue was a drainage problem in the shower, which caused water to flood the bathroom. The bread served at breakfast was stale every morning.

Went to the cocktail bar first day and got told it was table service,staff ignored us and chatted amongst themselves.we eventually left after waiting a considerable amount of time.

Quality of staff. Friendly helpful, responsive. Superb breakfast buffet - lovely room. Bedroom comfortable.
chairs in dining room. - raked too much. layout of bedroom could have been better. And needed better lighting. Not enough storage space for one week's clothing. Had to live out of suitcase.
