I love everything about the property. The staff is very friendly and always attentive to the guests needs.

The location was great, the hidden speak easy bar downstairs was awesome! The staff were great. The room and bathroom was very nice. The staff stopped by each day with small little gifts and large bottles of water.
It was dimly lit throughout the hotel, had I not had an exterior room with a window it would have been too dark. The lift to get luggage up the stairs to check in was unusual. The rooftop bar was crammed packed full of people. No place to sit and I couldn’t even get up to the bar to order a drink.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious with wide variety. The rooftop bar's view was amazing. The hotel location is perfect, centralized to the main sightseeing points but set on the side of a quiet street that you don't feel crowded or hear any noises at night. I will return to this hotel again when I visit Madrid.

. Excellent location for exploring Madrid. • Very attentive, friendly, and professional staff. • Clean, comfortable rooms with modern and elegant décor. • Good overall level of comfort and a very pleasant stay.
Suggestion for Improvement: • The lighting in the room is limited and could be improved, especially to make the space more functional and inviting.
