The room is cozy and clean, the beds are comfort, the breakfast is amazing
You have to pay for the swimming pool and spa which close at 10 pm. The parking fees are expensive. I asked for a room at a higher floor but they gave me a room in the second floor and told me I have to pay euro 150 per night for a higher floor. I did not like the attitude of the hotel of trying to charge you extra for everything service

Las camas son cómodas. Las habitaciones cuidadas, limpias y agradables. El personal de la recepción es muy amable.
Me sorprendió mucho la mala limpieza de las tazas y vasos dispuestos en el desayuno, con manchas y restos de comida y bebida pegadas. También toallas viejas con agujeros grandes en el baño.

Incredible location and very close to the Real Madrid Stadium! We could see it from the window! We booked there because we wanted to be close to the outlet malls and it was an easy and simple drive out to outlet and subsequently to the airport on our departure. Good morning buffet with plenty of options. Hotel room was more corporate than luxurious but still clean and does the job.
The staff at the reception were curt and short tempered. They didn’t smile or offer solutions to issues. Parking is definitely not included in the price of the hotel and u will be charged 33euros separately a night. They will also insist on holding an amount on ur credit card upon check in. It wasn’t great value for money (for us) coz apparently we stayed in the hotel during a tennis tournament that was sponsored by the hotel so it was fully booked and we paid almost triple the normal hotel room rate.

The property in itself is pretty, the rooms are decorated like hospitals but the facilities are okay.
The staff was insanely rude, the receptionist were terrible. We had an issue where something was delivered to me by my fiancee and they lied and said they hadn’t received it, i had to bring the poor delivery man to the hotel and then they reluctantly brought out the package. Insane. Super condescending and rude. Can tell they are temporary contracts and not people who have a background in hospitality or service protocol. Kiko or Kike if im not mistaken was remarkably rude. The guest relations person was nicer, initially a man took on the complaint and was so dismissive and rude as well but the second one, a lady, at least showed care and concern for the terrible experience we were having.

Fabulous breakfast. Great location to the Football stadium. Easy walking to everything.
I had flowers that needed a simple vase with water and they had nothing to help me. So I used the ice bucket! Not the best here. Room service was very expensive.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good.
The staff at the reception was rude when we checked in (there were polite and nice staff too though). The bar at the lobby forgot our drinks we ordered (although there weren't many customers.) . We booked it because we wanted to use the spa facility and checked with the staff twice about the opening hour before making the reservation but they told us incorrect information and we couldn't use the spa. (the personnel told us it will be open until 10pm but it closed at 6pm). I will not stay at this hotel again as their service level is low.

There’s a nightclub downstairs. It was impossible to sleep. I was traveling with kids and they should have anticipated this being an issue.
