This is a very high-priced hotel so my expectations were naturally high. There are certainly some positive aspects. The building structure, the lobby and especially the gym were very good. The room architecture was practical and the room itself was quite spacious. The breakfast was also excellent.
There were two major negative issues. First, there are light sources everywhere in the room. I counted a total of 6 red pilot lights coming from the air conditioning panel, an Android screen, two bedside lights, a desk lamp and the TV. The room is brightly illuminated all night. Second, the elevator noise is a big problem. The elevator motor sound never stops and it is disturbing all night long.

Great location next to Bernabeu. We got an upgrade and they gave us a VIP room at the top floor with great views and drinks inculded at the hotel's bar. Breakfast is fantastic with great variety and quality. The staff was so friendly from checkin to checkout

We booked there because we wanted to be close to the outlet malls and it was an easy and simple drive out to outlet and subsequently to the airport on our departure. Good morning buffet with plenty of options. Hotel room was more corporate than luxurious but still clean and does the job.
The staff at the reception were curt and short tempered. They didn’t smile or offer solutions to issues. Parking is definitely not included in the price of the hotel and u will be charged 33euros separately a night. They will also insist on holding an amount on ur credit card upon check in. It wasn’t great value for money (for us) coz apparently we stayed in the hotel during a tennis tournament that was sponsored by the hotel so it was fully booked and we paid almost triple the normal hotel room rate.

Good hotel potential and professional follow-up from management, but the room condition and maintenance issues significantly affected the overall experie
Unfortunately, my stay did not fully match the standards expected from a 4-star hotel at this price level. The room phone was completely non-functional, which created a serious safety concern because there was no reliable way to contact reception in case of emergency. Even after a late-night maintenance visit, the issue remained unresolved. Additionally, the bed was extremely noisy and uncomfortable, the room preparation was below expectations, and only two towels were provided for a room booked for two guests, which was insufficient. Because the phone was not working, requesting additional service or assistance was also inconvenient. I have photos and videos documenting these issues.

Location was perfect. Rooms are big a very silent.
Bathroom sink was clogged. the seal between the hose and the shower head was leaking A lot of noisy airline crews hanging out at reception during checkin checkout. Messy. Also took quite some time to check-in. Not enough staff.

The property in itself is pretty, the rooms are decorated like hospitals but the facilities are okay.
The staff was insanely rude, the receptionist were terrible. We had an issue where something was delivered to me by my fiancee and they lied and said they hadn’t received it, i had to bring the poor delivery man to the hotel and then they reluctantly brought out the package. Insane. Super condescending and rude. Can tell they are temporary contracts and not people who have a background in hospitality or service protocol. Kiko or Kike if im not mistaken was remarkably rude. The guest relations person was nicer, initially a man took on the complaint and was so dismissive and rude as well but the second one, a lady, at least showed care and concern for the terrible experience we were having.
