They DO NOT HAVE AC. Do not trust them, they say they have AC and it is not true they turn it off if they don't feel its hot enough. Its a POLICY! Horrible sleep

The location was pretty good
We arrived and were assigned a room, but when we opened the door it was a complete mess. It was clear that housekeeping hadn’t cleaned it yet, which was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Fortunately, we were given another room, and we were told we’d receive a gift to make up for the inconvenience. However, the “gift” appeared to be some leftover cakes from the kitchen and a bottle of water, which was quite disappointing.
Additionally, the breakfast cost €21 and was absolutely not worth the price—it was very underwhelming.
Also During our stay, we expected our room to be cleaned while we were out. However, someone—presumably a member of the cleaning staff—placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door in our absence. As a result, our room was not cleaned.

Check-in & out was easy. They always had bottles of cold water in the lobby. Friendly staff & porter. My room was big & comfortable. BUT, my bathroom was very spacious & modern. Nice bed & amenities.

Room very good and quiet, even though the window faced the avenue it was still very quiet. Convenient location for taking the metro.

Location, comfort, design, personnel (especially Eusebio!). Hotel staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable, from lending umbrellas to providing extra Nespresso capsules. Room was quiet, bed comfortable, shower excellent.

The building is beautiful and the position is excellent. My room had a very nice view and everything was super clean. The room is new and nicely furnished. Having the coffee machine is always great, although it would be nicer if they refilled the coffee pods, when finished.
The main drawback is the price. For the night fee, the room was a bit small and there were not enought services, compared to other hotels.

Staff was lovely and helpful. Pretty room with all amenities. Only negatives - bad pillows and my room was interior and next to the elevator which went ding ding all night. That’s a pretty big negative. Room should be for emergencies only. If I were staying longer I would have asked to be moved.

Our room was clean and comfortable, but a little dark (could use more lighting) and stark (could use more decoration). Breakfast was outstanding! One of the best breakfasts we've ever had anywhere in the world. A huge buffet that was included in the price - all kinds of fruit, cereal, cheese, breads, juices, etc. Plenty of hot and cold options.

The reception area is a total traffic jam, both for check in and check out. The desk needs to be expanded to accommodate more people.

The staff at breakfast was very nice .
The room was in bad condition, shower full of stains , door frames chipped, stains on bathroom floor. Room noisy as next to cleaning supplies cupboard. Standard of 2-3 star max. Blackout curtains to small for window.
