The Hotel is in a beautiful neighborhood. The stuff is very gentle and helpful. And estamos en Espagne intentemos hablar espagnol. The breakfast was perfect and the room clean and comfortable, we have had a wonderful sleep. We absolutely recommend this place. Muchas gracias!

Comfortable bed.
Noisy. The road outside is busy day and night, and the windows do not block out the sound sufficiently. The room was in average condition. The air con unit and fridge are noisy. There were no staff attending the bar in the courtyard, and the main lounge bar had no staff on the occasion we went there (as there were no staff in the courtyard). Not good enough. We’ve stayed in plenty of NH Hotels. They are usually of a good standard. This hotel is lovely but the 4 night stay was disappointing.

They DO NOT HAVE AC. Do not trust them, they say they have AC and it is not true they turn it off if they don't feel its hot enough. Its a POLICY! Horrible sleep

The location was pretty good
We arrived and were assigned a room, but when we opened the door it was a complete mess. It was clear that housekeeping hadn’t cleaned it yet, which was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Fortunately, we were given another room, and we were told we’d receive a gift to make up for the inconvenience. However, the “gift” appeared to be some leftover cakes from the kitchen and a bottle of water, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast cost €21 and was absolutely not worth the price—it was very underwhelming. Also During our stay, we expected our room to be cleaned while we were out. However, someone—presumably a member of the cleaning staff—placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door in our absence. As a result, our room was not cleaned.
