Room was very clean and the hotel has an amazing location. The building is a classic, very beautiful.
Rooms are extremely small. Most families are 4 and the largest room accommodated 3. We had 2 kids and they had to sleep in a tiny room together because the hotel didnt have any room for more than 3 guests. This is not very practical given most families have 2 kids and they cant have the kids alone in a second room.

Location very central near to old town good neighbourhood. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and helpful.
We loved the ambiance and the lovely bar/ restaurant.
Good supplies of shower caps tooth brush/paste combs etc shoe polish. Very handy to have.
In 33 degree heat it was great to come back to our lovely air conditioned room.
The only thing I was a little unhappy with was the height of the shelf housing the tea/coffee maker.
It was awkward to reach. But apart from that we were very happy with our accommodation

Stayed here for a couple night layover on my honeymoon. Staff was awesome, gave us a small complimentary package and were incredibly welcoming. Very happy with our stay and the facilities in general.
The A/C in the rooms isn't very strong. It's still more than sufficient, but was the only thing that wasn't a great at the hotel.

Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Staff very polite and helpful.
No drawers/storage for smaller items such as underwear/tshirts, etc.
Kettle/tea/coffee making facility above eye level and difficult to access safely.
