This sort of beige blandness without personality actually worked very well to ensure a good night's sleep while I was also trying to get over a cold... The room and bed are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

The location is good, as was the shuttle service.
The staff was excellent.
We have stayed at several N H hotels and this one is a little beneath what we expected.
There was no coffee or tea offered in the room. The room itself was smaller than usual. The usually present toothbrushes and facial tissues were not present.

The room was nice and comfortable. I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport and the shuttle which was great for an early morning flight. There was a nice park near by for walking which was a plus. Also noticed a metro station right near by.
The hairs all over the bathroom walls and the water pouring out of the shower onto the floor. The restaurant downstairs gruppy staff and bad food. Restaurants surrounding hotel were also not very good.

I did not have hot water at night and in the morning.
When i check out a woman called Rosa M was very aggressive to me .
When i ask for her nane she started to shout to me with no respect saying horrible things in front of of my son , Iam definitely will no go back to this Nh and will make sure to post this situation on line .
I travel arounf the world constantly and this situation necer happen to me ,

Great breakfast, decent attention at main door and restaurant. Good attention to my pet.
Staff speaking bad abour their future manager in front of clients, really poor isolation of rooms, everything can be listened included ligth snoring. Shittle driver didnt help much with baggage even I was carrying a pet and I didnt have hamds frre

Convenient for the Airport, and easy to find

The noise coming from the highway, and the old building they put me in. It doesn’t look like a hotel.
