Great location, close to the airport and 300m from El Capricho subway station which connects with the city center in about 30 minutes. Also the breakfast starts very early and it's delicious. Good transportation services to and from the airport.
Staff is not that friendly and the rooms are outdated and the bathroom is too small.

Everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good with a restaurant just around the corner and shop just across the street. The metro was a 5minute walk. They did shuttle buses to the airport. The hotel and room were nice and clean. The pool and sunbeds were nice and clean too. The breakfast was very nice in the morning too.
Although there was a mini bar in the room to compensate, alcohol was not sold from the bar until after 7pm because the bar/restaurant was not opened until that time.

Lovely clean and well presented hotel, perfect for airport stay, and shuttle is well organised
The pictures of the pool are misleading, it’s very small and less than a metre deep (but still quite lovely)

I took a shower and when got out I was all wet and there were no towels Try calling the front office and there was no number given or provided to call , this was at midnight . Not a good experience
