Perfect location for us. We have family in the area and we like Plaza Espana.
We could have stayed longer. Rain, but it really wasn't the hotels fault.

Excellent Breakfast. Great choice.
There was noise coming into our room apparently from an adjoining property. It went on until after 4am.
However, when we told the staff the next day, they immediately moved us to another room which was very quiet.
So, no complaints on how they handled the situation.

The perfect location, with easy access to everywhere you want to go in Madrid, but also not on a busy street. The rooms were spacious and clean. The front desk was helpful.
The bathroom was not fully cleaned - it had some leftover hair from the previous users. Nothing major, but a small issue that the hotel can fix easily.

Overall investment and care from motel one group! Many things werent working..they dont even iffer bottle of water in the room! Parking lifts were not working! The attitude of spanish people generally is rude so nothing unnormal there but they dont put any of the drinks in the room..spanish people dont know what is hospitality period!

The hotel and the room was very luxurious. Location was good, walking distance to most of the places. We booked our room with terrace and it was nice to sit there. We couldn't have time to enjoy their lounge at the lobby but it seems very nice.
The walls are thin so very early in the morning we woke up with the noise of luggages of checking out people. Also as they have lounge in the lobby they want you to go there for coffee i think so they didnt put any coffee or kettle in the room.

The hotel is doing an upgrade and it shows well. The location is good as it is very close to Plaza Espana. The room could use some simple amenities like a room coffee maker and shampoo, rather than simply a liquid soap for everything.
The staff seems a bit cool but are absolutely approachable. This is probably cultural and not a unique aspect of this hotel. The bar and breakfast are, in my view, substantially overpriced for the area.
