excellent in almost every way. lobby, services, location is outstanding. bed size great and very comfortable. towels and robe high quality. standing shower excellent. staff at check in accommodating when I asked for later check out.
5.things. at the floors, you can feel a bit “dated” carpeting, and my room was smaller than I expected. the window overlooking what is supposed to be a “court or garden” was just a tiny space, which caused that the only place to sit (if not on the bed) was crammed between the wall and a non-usable table. I did not find USB outlets next to the bed, though there were plenty of electrical outlets. the TV not easy to operate.

Nothing to be honest
It’s wasn’t clean and there was a weird smell, came to the room it was dirty, the bed sheets had makeup and hair. I asked the team to clean it up and they did but I just didn’t trust and I had no time to change hotel because my flight was the day after and I was tired so I bought my own bed sheets and that was the first in my whole life to do that

Disappointing
The breakfast and pool area was fantastic.
The staff - not very friendly. Customer service goes a long way, and I expected happier faces and conversations from the staff for this sort of money.
