the third bed in the three-person room is a small dinky bed for children and is not fit for adults. after asking I was told they could not provide a different bed

The room was equipped with modern amenities. It was very clean, spacious and the bed was just so comfortable! We really enjoyed our breakfast every day. The breakfast spread was amazing!

I didn’t like the rooms that booking reserve from the hotels.
Booking gets the worst rooms in hotels which leads me in many times cancel the reservation and get the room directly from the hotel with the same price

size of the room was perfect and it was clean, breakfast was very good like 5 star hotels actually the hotel looks like 5 star , everything was perfect
we asked for baby toilet and they didn’t have it, normally all the hotels have ,and it cost only around 3-5 euros, if they can put in their facilities its very important for the families with small child and baby

Room has a peculiar smell likely due to cleaning products used that we didn’t care for. Carpet could be cleaned
Unusual bathtub setup which makes it difficult to get out when bathing. Ok for showering

Excellent breakfast, very nice mattresses, and the most wonderful shower ever! :-)
The swimming pool area and the bar by the swimming pool. Needs to be improved. It is silly that you need to go ask the life guard to put in an order for drinks by the pool. Hours of sun hitting the pool area are very limited - should consider implementing a pool in the roof top.

Very comfortable, really nice room. They treated my 7-year old son very nicely. Good pool, great option in Madrid during summer.
Breakfast was not as good as I expected, that is my only complaint. Pastries were good, but non-sweet options were a bit reduced and even not that well-cooked. For example, the "tortilla de patata" was pretty bad.
