Great facilities, we stayed at the level suite where we had a breakfast included and also access to the executive lounge, which was a nice surprise.
I’m not sure if it’s a cultural thing, but the staff didn’t seem to say hi or they would just look at you and you would at least try to greet them.
This happened over the course of several days and different staff members. Not all staff though, but I found that it was a regular thing cause I kept saying hi and I didn’t get responses in some hotels, especially of this calibre they would at least greet you all the time

The hotel has nice ammenities. I arrived early in the morning after a cancelled flight and they gave me a room right away.
The hotel shuttle took 50min instead of 15min like they said. They were not rude, but also not super friendly after calling them back because the shuttle wasn't showing up. The room was nice and clean, except the floor, which didn't seem to have been vacumed. The staff also walked into my room twice without knocking (they didn't realize the room was taken i guess).

Very clean and the staff was great.
Airport shuttle didn’t start till 7:15. The only place I seen around the area to eat was the hotel. Netflix would have been nice for those traveling from other countries.

Very close to airport, with limo service. Large, international-type hotel. Perfect for recharging before flying home. Very handy to have on-site restaurant for dinner and buffet for breakfast. The room was large and comfortable, and the bed was perfect. Parking garage actually had large spaces, a real plus after squeezing our rental into incredibly tight garages elsewhere. Service was very accommodating. Served our needs perfectly.
No real character, could have been a large chain hotel anywhere. But we weren’t looking for character when choosing a hotel for a next-day flight.

Breakfast is fantastic, varied and fresh. The room was comfortable, especially the bed. The park behind the hotel is a highlight as you can wonder around away from the noise of the city.

We had a 4-day stay. The room and bathroom were large and clean. Linen was changed everyday. The best thing about the hotel is the location even though it is a bit further from the city but you get a bus right outside the hotel which goes through all the famous spots and right to the city centre. Though it takes around 40 minutes but you don't have to change at all.
We had breakfast included although it was nice but i felt most of the things like pan cakes or breads weren't as fresh but nonetheless it is a good start of the day as you don't need to go out to hunt for breakfast
