Locked out of my roon twice. Card reactivated. but did the same the day after. Hotel Lady in the hall with pass key, would not let me into the room to get my second card, even though I had identification. So I had to go back to reception to get it reactivated and I was in need of ther bathroom. So not wery happy about that.
The points for this stay have still not beed added to my account. After 2 months. The reception said they would be added after 2 weeks.

The panoramic window with a view of the park was superb! With the window open, all we could hear was birds chirping, the sound of the wind and children laughing and playing. Right next door there is a beautiful park to wander and relax in, and just beyond are a wonderful variety of restaurants. The gym was also fantastic!
We will definitely stay here again when we return to Madrid.

Great facilities, we stayed at the level suite where we had a breakfast included and also access to the executive lounge, which was a nice surprise.
I’m not sure if it’s a cultural thing, but the staff didn’t seem to say hi or they would just look at you and you would at least try to greet them.
This happened over the course of several days and different staff members. Not all staff though, but I found that it was a regular thing cause I kept saying hi and I didn’t get responses in some hotels, especially of this calibre they would at least greet you all the time

Bed and pillows excellent.
Food and beverage way too expensive to use. TV does not provide an option for you to login to your streaming. Being a 4 star hotel I wonder why they have just TV channels available which are useless to non Spanish speaking customers.

Very , nice and comfortable hotel with very friendly staff, the hotel is located not far from the airport, but also easily reachable from the city center (there is a bus stop in front of the hotel entrance that will bring you to the center, but Uber/taxi are also can serve for very reasonable price.) The hotel proposes the free shuttle from/to the airport. The breakfast is pretty variable. Beds are very comfortable, in general the hotel is very clean and modern. It has pretty nice restaurant and bar as well. The food and the service was also great. We are very happy we've chosen this hotel for our long weekend in Madrid! :) So special thanks to the hotel staff for making our stay so pleasant!:) Surely a recommendation!
Check-in is only at 15:00, while we arrived quite early and the room was not yet ready, but we were offered to wait for its readiness in the business lounge that made our wait also very pleasant. Muchas Gracias!

Great facilities, with an amazing spa and gym facilities!
Everything was great , one slight improvement would be sound proofing the doors as my room 22 was right near the exit could hear people leaving and coming back to their rooms.
