Every interaction reflected a genuine commitment to customer care, and it’s rare to encounter such consistently helpful and courteous service. It was clean and stylishly decorated. Location was close to the airport, which was helpful.
Two things. First their website says have Air Conditioning. but they don’t really. When we were there, they did not turn it on. It essentially controlled and you have no control over temperature of your own room. They only turn it on when it’s hot apparently. The second more bizarre one is at room service wouldn’t bring us a bottle opener and we called back up. They said it was because we were American. The front desk person was super nice and brought us one.

Very nice with a good restaurant and pleasant staff. Very clean and comfortable.
Couldn’t turn on the AC and it was warm at night even with the window open. They tell you they have AC but you can’t turn it on til May or June.

Everything. This hotel is spotless. It is modern and comfortable. Great location in a nice area of town right next to a quality grocery store and small park. The price is very affordable for the quality. The staff was fantastic. We literally had a question regarding the TV and by the time we got to the room, the maintenance guy was already there to fix it and fix it within two minutes. The restaurant is surprisingly excellent. Honestly, some of the best food we had throughout our visit in Spain. The service was five star. The shuttle and from the airport is excellent and very easy with pleasant drivers.

The shuttle was extremely convenient once we knew it was booked. I followed instructions and sent a WhatsApp message but did not hear back. I wrote and called again and they finally replied. Instructions for meeting the shuttle were very clear and the driver Christina was delightful. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the free shuttle. Surprise!! You have to pay 5 Euros per person to return to the airport. That should be in their listing on line.
