The hotel was very quiet. The restaurant was good and moderately priced for dinner, and the breakfast was the best we had in Spain. We appreciated having shuttle service to and from the hotel.
The cleaning personnel apparently hadn't noticed that it was impossible to get body wash out of the dispenser in the shower, so we had to use the shampoo instead.

The transfer from the T4 airport could be each 30 minutes like other hotels.

Staff were excellent, and made great suggestions on getting back to the hotel after dropping off our car rental near the airport.
Loved the location - great for walking.
Was not too happy with the dinner menu in the restaurant as we needed to eat before 8 p.m.

Confusion at check in... Person did not handle taxi shuttle competently. Never placed on the list So we had to go for later shuttle.

very clean and quiet. staff in the restaurant were very accommodating and pleasant. Front desk team were welcoming and helped us coordinate airport shuttle.
Bed could be a little more comfortable for the daily rate.
