This is a very comfortable hotel with its own airport transfer (5 eur). My room was spacious, bed was big and super comfortable, bathroom had both shower corner and bath tub. Breakfast selection was nice and staff working here is very helpful and competent. Hotel si located in a nice and rather quiet residential area with lots of greenery and enough services in close - walking distance (grocery shop, farmacy, a few restaurants, cafeteria). When flying from or to Madrid airport and looking for some comfort, this is a good choice.

Undoubtedly, the location is one of the hotel’s advantages. I have known this hotel for 15 years, but I was surprised by some of the changes.
On the positive side, there are many streets around the hotel with parking spaces, so it is possible to leave the car outside as long as you don't drive a Lambo...
Uncomfortable mattress, paid shuttle (hotel-airport), and no bottle of water in the room. No info on booking app about the pool timetable: 9am-8pm.
The shuttle bus now costs €5 per person (hotel-airport), which I find excessive considering that the room price was €200 per night without breakfast. The shuttle also has to be booked by yourself through an app. But fine, you pay the extra amount and go to sleep.
And this is where the real disappointment begins: you sink into the mattress. I did not sleep all night. My back and neck were hurting. I'm honestly disappointed.
The rooms are clearly showing their age, but as long as everything is clean, with fresh bed linen and towels, it is still acceptable. What is unforgivable is the lack of sleeping comfort.
Additional information: there was not even a small bottle of water in the room, and I'm sure we had it always, previously. There is no mention on booking that the pool is closed at 8pm. We arrived at 8:10pm with a hope to refresh after long trip. Well, not this time.

Large comfortable room. Proximity to tram that takes you directly to city center. However, tram line doesn't go to the airport but hotel shuttle was available.

Very clean and modern. Excellent restaurant and a super breakfast buffet. Huge selection and patio seating. Room was large, large bathroom and comfy king size bed.
We booked it because on the map it is right next to the airport. But the shuttle to the airport took forever, seemingly navigating back roads and countless roundabouts.

Close to the airport . Nice Staff
The bathroom in the room does not have ANY privacy. Just put a DOOR. The pool was closed. I do not think it was worth the price. it was just okay.

The staff was extremely kind, they were very helpful, and got us checked in quickly. They were able to also get us all set up for our shuttle to the airport the next day. We were also lucky enough that they spoke English which was a huge bonus since we didn't speak much spanish.
