Staff were very helpful. Chris or Luis? at check in was able to give me an available room and it was a godsend after a very long flight. At the early morning checkout, David was very kind in providing me some water at an early hour and made sure my rideshare was the right one.
Shuttle service was intermittent or long interval although it arrived as agreed but I still had an long wait.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel, I really like the location, the staff are friendly and it is clean.
There is nothing that I don’t like about this hotel, that is the reason why I stay there… when I return to Madrid I will stay there again

Very Good
The room was nice, the proximity to the airport was ok. The restaurant was nice, although the breakfast did not match what I have become accustomed to in European breakfasts. There weren't nearly enough choices. The staff was helpful.
more choices at breakfast. For example, there were no egg choices and the fruit was very limited.

Wonderful
The proximity to the airport and quiet neighbourhood location were ideal for our one night stay awaiting a flight home. The staff, particularly the front desk girl were great. We ate at the hotel’s restaurant and enjoyed the tasty offerings, especially the flavorful dumplings. Room was clean and modern.
