Pleasant
The staff were very helpful and professional. Many speak some English. The breakfast was great with lots of options. Dinner and drinks in the Great Room was great as well. The shuttle bus to airport was a plus.
The hotel room felt a bit dated. The bathroom sink had a leaking pipe. My bath towel had stains. The hotel common areas had a smell of moth balls.

We were really disappointed. We let the hotel know it was our anniversary in advance, but nothing was done to make the stay feel special. It was our 26th wedding anniversary, and this definitely wasn’t the right place to celebrate. The location is also quite isolated with not much nearby, and it’s far from central Madrid.
