Our room was great, comfortable bed, nice kitchen and bathroom. Everything was very clean.
The staff was so great, very helpful and friendly(especially Issac and Javi).
We liked it all, except was a little far from some of the things we wanted to see and do.

The location is perfect. Near most attractions. The staff is very attentive and kind. The room was well cleaned. Loved the provided transfer to airport. Before the scheduled time the driver was waiting for us.

The staff was great!
Some details needed to be fixed. I pointed them out to the staff. They acknowledged as much and fixed what they could but overall could use a light refresh. Esp things like the door had clearly been broken at some point and the rolling shutter ribbon was fraying and made the movement very finicky. Also the shower didn’t drain well.

Love the place. It is clean and near cafes and food. It is also a waking distance to all attraction. The place is not noisy at night and we had a balcony. It is in a local neighborhood which is great. Breakfast near it was good too! And staff were very nice and accommodating especially Isaac!

Amazing location close to cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Very walkable to the main sites to see in Madrid. The room size was good for two people. Friendly staff and overall great experience. Would absolutely stay again.

The great location and staff.
I definitely overpaid for what I received with this room. They even charge extra for in-room coffee, and while the room itself was okay, it was nothing special. For the nightly rate, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel. On top of that, there was a fight between guests at 4:30 a.m. that required police involvement, waking up many of us in the hotel.

The room was comfortable and very well located within La Latina. Walkable to Gran Via, and all the pintxo bars within the neighborhood. Enjoyed the mini kitchen and coffee station.

The shower drain was very slow, and welled up the shower floor. Something that could be easily fixed. Room was clean but not squeaky clean.

Excellent hotel and worth every penny we paid, staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome, room exceeded our expectations and we requested new towels etc every day and this was never to much trouble. Room was very clean and aircon always kept the room cool even during 35+ heat ! Wouldn’t hesitate to return to the hotel. We used the airport transfer and the driver was prompt for collecting us and returning us to the airport.

Great room. Large for European standard. Bed in room was great. Kitchen had all the essentials needed. Bathroom was clean. Shampoo and shower gel smelled really good. Enough towels for all of us. Room was clean and set up for us upon arrival. Complementary tea and coffee offered in the room. As well as water which was a great touch.
Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants and sightseeing.
Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Everyone spoke English and made an effort to make sure we had what we needed. Even offered to order us a taxi when we were leaving.
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Not able to sleep properly in it. Highly recommend having kids sleep there, not adults. Also wasn’t able to turn the AC up or down but perhaps that was just a miss on my end. Didn’t see anything to control the AC.

We arrived the night before the verbenas for Fiesta de la Paloma. The receptionist noticed I was traveling with children and put us on an inside room. It was extremely loud outside, but very quiet inside. We were able to sleep even with all the parties going on.

Cozy place in a central, lovely neighborhood, with nice & helpful staff. We would definitely stay there again.
We liked everything. As I read several reviews complaining about the lack of coffee or the noise in the area before booking, I feel the need to share my two pence after the whole experience. First of all, Madrid is a vibrant city, and that also means noisy. If you need perfect quiet to sleep, maybe it is not the city for you (but that would be a shame!). If you have small kids that need the quiet, I think you should search for places away from the center. In "vibrant" areas, tourist and locals alike stay up late; on top of it, locals and businesses get up/ open early (because... work). That being said, from all the "central, vibrant areas" I stayed in when in Madrid, this one was by far the quietest (or the least noisy). And, second: the coffee. L&H La Latina only gives you coffee for a day, but you can buy it either from them or from any grocery store (the USE of the coffee maker is free of charge). Better yet, choose to drink your coffee out, there are a lot of nice places to enjoy your coffee in La Latina and Spain is by definition an outside experience!
