Much bigger rooms than usual with a nice kitchette. There was also a huge wrap-around balcony!
It was very comfortable and safe :)

The location is fantastic. Very short walks to the center of Madrid and many dining options nearby.
The room was very quiet and the air conditioning a true blessing! The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well.

Location and art on the wall was unnecessarily sexualized/erotic. Room was clean but cleaner smell was strong and noxious.

Location in old town was great. Restaurants great
Shuttle didn’t show and had to take a taxi. Traffic is miserable. Madrid airport is confusing and signage is very poor.

I loved our room. We had a spacious room for two. All amenities were up to date. Loved that we were on the side street with a small balcony.

It is in a nice area, with good brunch places nearby.
The room was much smaller than expected. The light from the clock on the micro was quite strong at night, and could not be shut off.

We had one-bedroom suite on 4th floor overlooking street. Plenty of room, very quiet. The location is great, easy walk to Calle de Cava Baja, Royal Palace, Corral de la Morreira. Simple groceries down the street at Carrefours Express. Hotel internet worked fine for Zoom calls. A very good place for a couple with different sleep schedules to get used to the time zone.

Wonderful
Location was in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood. Lots of coffee shops and bars. Once you got the hang of it, it was actually pretty easy to find which can be pretty difficult in the twisty streets of Madrid.
It was a little pricey.
