Beautiful facility and exceptional service from the staff. Room was perfect and clean.
Too far from most attractions in the city. Needed to take a cab wherever we went.

It would of been nice if the Hotel had a gift store, maybe some nice restaurants close by in walking distance.

We love IHG hotels. The room was spacious and I loved all the mirrors ?. Handy when someone was in the bathroom. The pillows were so soft too. The concierge told us about a specialty paella restaurant nearby and was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing - so many choices!
A bit far away from the main centre of Madrid & attractions so we got a taxi back as our legs had worn out. ?
