The beds are the most comfortable I’ve slept in as far as hotels are concerned. They clearly got that magic right.

The location, the cleanness and the elegant design are superb.
The hotel overpriced the rooms, and I paid that amount before they started to offer the same room, same package for almost half of the price I paid.

A wonderful stay in Madrid! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The reception team was absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, attentive, and always ready to help. ❤️ The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our room was bright, comfortable, and perfectly clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed that made it so easy to relax after a long day exploring Madrid. ️✨ Everything was just right — from the excellent service to the cleanliness and comfort. A place where you genuinely feel taken care of. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and wonderful hospitality in Madrid! ❤️
The only small disappointment was that there was no shower cap or coffee available in the room. Apart from that, everything was wonderful.

Location is excellent! Right next to the metro station and many restaurants and supermarkets. Breakfast was good and staff were overall nice. It was clean and well lit, and air conditioned throughout. Also, it’s an inclusive hotel which is absolutely excellent
Some ceilings on the floor and in the room looked like mold or unpainted water leakage. The sofa bed was horrible. We left clothes to be washed it took them 3 days until we called and they realized it was ready and had to go down to pick it up, quite pricey laundry as well. We spent 6 nights there, paid full price in advance, and yet they still felt it important to charge us €10 for being an hour late for check out, that has never happened to me.
