Disappointing
I was impressed by the generous size of the room and the diverse food options for breakfast.
The room and its floor were cold, even with the heating on. The bathroom facing the main bed is a design flaw, especially since the door could easily have been placed near the room’s entrance. The room was barely cleaned, and the cleaning staff were not very friendly. I tried to make myself some tea, but the coffee machine dispensed water with coffee residue. The mattress definitely needs replacing, and we could hear children running and screaming in the room above. We also got stuck in the elevator, though the staff responded quickly.

Rooms are not noise isolated. Could hear bathrooms, corridors. That wasn’t nice at all.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfasts, comfortable bed but too small.
The room was VERY cold. The air conditioning controlled it, but not completely. The beds were very small. The bathroom was very poor. Bathrooms in this chain are usually fine, but not in this hotel. There was only one product for washing everything—hands, body, and hair.

The location was perfect - less than 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station (Alfonso XIII - Line 4), a public carpark literally in the basement, a supermarket (Mercadona) close by as well as a nice cafe for breakfast (should you choose not to go with the hotel's). The room was quite a nice size for two people (we had a queen sized bed configuration) and the toilet had ample space to move around in.
The sound-proofing of the rooms could be improved - we could hear the TV of the next room as well as the vacuuming every morning when the staff starts cleaning up the rooms... the toilet seat in our room was also a bit wonky...

Cleaning staff was nice and accommodating. Hotel reception and bar area was nice, and breakfast was good.
Room was too warm, no central air to keep the room cool. I paid for breakfast for 2 nights but each morning at breakfast my name was not on the list and I was told I had to pay -- that was a bit frustrating. Hotel needs more international TV channel options and needs to upgrade infrastructure to provide modern telephone charging adapters, modern furniture etc.

Clean and comfy.
No parks near by. Bartender was a bit rude. Was hardly never at his area. So I got a plate I needed myself and when she saw me he told me I was not allowed to get a plate as if I were a child. Told me I need to wait for him. Rude

Very modern hotel, new and comfortable room. Smooth check-in with a smile. Great location close to the metro, with restaurant, fast food and supermarket downstairs. Perfect for a one-night stay before catching a flight.
The TV didn’t work properly, there was no sound. Is the sound disabled at night ?

The location,the staff,even though most of them communicating was difficult but they were trying!
The was no kettle in our room so we couldn’t even make a cup of coffee,with the heat in madrid 2 cans of drinking water isnt enough in a room.
