comfortable room for a work stay
The expertise of the overnight staff to order a 5 person taxi. After requesting 4 times, this still went wrong and a taxi for 4 persons to the airport was ordered.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, but it is a bit far from the city center. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, although we mostly used the metro, and the nearest metro stations are a little further away. Breakfast was more traditional/local with a limited selection — just the basics. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was really nice and the structure itself new and suitable. Breakfast buffet must be tried at least once! Position is convenient, close to metro stops.

Room spacious , bed comfortable good veggies options some days they put smashed avocado, cooked vegetables available, soya milk too, there were gluten free options one salty bread and super sugary muffins but also food like cheese ham veggies yougurt you can have there was also gluten free cookies and GF cereal that were very nice , GF hot chocolate, overall i enjoy breakfast my comment below is just on the salty breads GF. and its a pet friendly hotel i was happy to see some dogs in reception reception looked nice. Near train and airport. Quiet nights easy to sleep. The people that eat gluten have a lot of dessert options at breakfast even churros! For eggs rather than boil you need to request them and they make them for you. Staff in reception are very friendly and nice. Heater was off when i arrived even after adding my card so i had to turn it on from the master that is next to the door , they were nice to help me at night find how to turn it on. Nice view. Bathroom has good water pressure and temperature. Overrall for the price was good.
The gluten free bread salty are not that good as other GF breads brands found in Spain, you really need to toast it to make it edible. One staff told me there was no toaster for only gluten free food in the kitchen, that the toaster inside was the same as using the ones outside. But the day before i requested to toast my bread and no one said there was issue. Then another day before that they heat my gluten free breads in microwave with the plastic on! i ate the microplastics that day with it i did not like that and bread tasted very chewy not the same as toaster. Then again the last day they toasted my bread inside without issue or comments and a leader was the one who told the staff yes we have designated toaster for gluten free bread. I did not had an issue that i felt sick I just think from now on you need to educate your staff as maybe some not aware that you have that toaster also i would recommend you add a paper that says we can toast the bread for you cause its ok when you toast it. The other thing is that TV did not work. I wanted to watch tv in spanish as i live abroad and was looking forward to that on the other hand Madrid is so energetic i had too much to do so only one night i wanted to use it. The last thing is there was no shower cap or small cosmetics like cream for body or hands, i brought my own stuff and had shower cap but i was expecting the bathroom to have these. It only had shower gel and shampoo in big containers. Not a biggie just something that is a wish to have.

Nice place, restaurant and bar on site. Willing to hold luggage for our late flight
Ad showed spa facility, they didn't have business center and pool. Disappointed that was here. That made the hotel a bit pricey for accommodations.

I spent there one night. I went there late in the evening and left early morning. My first day travelling. Usually I sleep bad in hotels and especially at the begin of the trip. I slept very well here. Bed, silence, temperature, pillows. All super good!
