It was clean .
We experienced racism from some of the staff ..The landline in our room was faulty making it impossible to call the reception incase we had something to ask ..No water to drink in the rooms .We came back from a football match at around 12am and we requested for water at a fee but that was not possible because the bar wax closed …

Comfortable, clean. Receptionist was very friendly, gave us useful information. We've spent here only one night, so haven't used most of the amenities. The bus station is close to the hotel, from where we took a bus to the center.
We were not able to connect Wifi in the room, even with the receptionist assistance.

The place was clean excellent team, customer service top notch. JAVIER who checked me in early was very helpful, he has given me tips, offered a map. The bar staff are very friendly and they are all hardworking also the housekeepers greets you everytime they see you. My room was great! Clean and they have amenities in the toilet. I had 3 beds ib my room which wasnt an issue, i was alone and didnt really needed 3 bed otherwise the room exceeded my expectations
The whole entire team in this hotel are great. Facilites are great, its very close to the airport only 10mins, the buses takes you to the city less than 5 minutes walk. Its a great hotel and this should be a 5 star. I will book again whenever i visit Madrid.
The swimming was so cold, shame that the building surrounding it is cover the sun, its shaded and you dont get to enjoy this ameneties of the hotel. If this is a heated pool, guest will benefit it more.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and large. The breakfast was really good. The hotel is a taxi ride from centre but these only cost around €15.
The pool was cold and not in the sun until around 3pm so if you were planning on doing some sunbathing like we were it’s not possible
