The breakfast was good, and the room also. The metro station is not close to the hotel- 12min and it is not comfortable especially summer.
There was a party in the garden and was very very noisy. Every mornin when the staff was cleaning it was noisy.

I really enjoyed my stay, I enjoyed the terrace in my room it was very spacious. The room itself was also a comfortable size and the bed was very comfortable
The terrace in the room has no chairs/table or ashtray. Why have a terrace but no seats? But aside from that everything else was lovely

The staff were all great. The breakfast was pretty good. The rooms were a great size for Europe.
Would've been nice to have another garbage can in the room besides the one in the bathroom. Some tissues would have been good, too. Other than those two very minor things, we enjoyed the rooms.

Clean, good size room. Bathroom was a big size and had a balcony.
View out the balcony was bad. Location, its quite far away from gran via. McDonald's and a couple of pubs nearby but not much else

Well located. Close to metro and metropolitano stadium which was very convenient for getting both to central Madrid and the concert we were going to.
The surface of the bath / shower is quite slippery and could really do with an anti slip mat. I slipped multiple times, once quite badly and hit my shoulder badly off the edge of the bath. I was quite lucky it wasn’t my head as I could have sustained a significant injury. I recommend remedying this as a matter of urgency.
It was also a shame that the two treadmills in the gym were out of order for our stay.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room terrace was amazing. I could get a late check-out that suited my schedule, so that was excellent.
The room could have been cleaner.
There were no slippers or bathrobe.
The breakfast was very expensive for what it offered - very very few options, most of which were unhealthy, it was truly disappointing in that regard. Also, the food at the restaurant was average at best. Gotta say, I expected more from a 4 star hotel.
