Location was great from the airport and the centre. As we were here for ye concert at the Riyadh Metropolitano stadium which was only a 30 minute walk so can’t complain.
Rooms and bathrooms could do with a refurbishment and new paint and curtains

Very close to the airport , so it was perfect for us as we were picking family from the airport late night. Room were spacious and service was very good. Lots of free parking on the street outside and close to many restaurants.

the room was spacious, there was a bathtub and a bidet in the bathroom, the closet was big and it had enough hangers. Toiletries provided were enough. The breakfast was fantastic (worth paying for), and staff was very kind and accommodating.
The gym was small and with such a nice property it's such a shame that they don't have an indoor or outdoor swimming pool.

The room was super clean and spacious enough for a family with 1 kid. The beds were comfortable, and it wasn't too noisy, so we could get a really good night sleep.
Ordering room service was a challenge, as the staff did not speak English, three different people called me to ask the same questions over and over again, before I could confirm my order (a pasta and a juice :)). The nearest metro stations are around 20 mins away, so getting to the city center takes quite some time.

Staff very helpful and always willing to assist. Breakfast was also very good.
The room wasnt the cleanest. I dropped an Earpod under the edge of the bed and when I recovered it, it was sat in inches of dust. The dirty areas could not be seen unless you looked in the corners where it isnt easy to vacuum . Noise from other residents was annoying due to there being little noise insulation between floors (not hotels fault).
