There was very loud construction beginning from 8 AM which didn’t let us sleep and caused a malfunction with water seeping in from the ceiling, ultimately resulting in us having to move rooms.

The room was super clean and spacious enough for a family with 1 kid. The beds were comfortable, and it wasn't too noisy, so we could get a really good night sleep.
Ordering room service was a challenge, as the staff did not speak English, three different people called me to ask the same questions over and over again, before I could confirm my order (a pasta and a juice :)). The nearest metro stations are around 20 mins away, so getting to the city center takes quite some time.

The breakfast was great and fresh, being able to order fresh eggs and bacon/sausage instead of instant was great.
You needed to keep your key in place for electricity to continue working. In 101 degree weather the AC didn’t get cold enough.

The staff were all great. The breakfast was pretty good. The rooms were a great size for Europe.
Would've been nice to have another garbage can in the room besides the one in the bathroom. Some tissues would have been good, too. Other than those two very minor things, we enjoyed the rooms.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room terrace was amazing. I could get a late check-out that suited my schedule, so that was excellent.
The room could have been cleaner. There were no slippers or bathrobe. The breakfast was very expensive for what it offered - very very few options, most of which were unhealthy, it was truly disappointing in that regard. Also, the food at the restaurant was average at best. Gotta say, I expected more from a 4 star hotel.
