Lovely, beautiful, super well located hotel. It has all the facilities like gym, pool, restaurant with sitting inside and out on the square, room was big and comfortable (we stayed at the duplex family room), and the staff is so nice and welcoming! Restaurants, tapas, bars and chic trendy boutiques and shops right around the property, Prado and Thyssen museums at short walking distance. Will definitely come back.

I booked through Booking.Com and would not recommend doing that . Contact the hotel directly.

This is such an amazing find in Madrid! It's one of those old-school luxury hotels, with huge rooms for the price you pay, and the bonus of a tiny (but essential) rooftop pool. It's also in the best location in Madrid for first-time visitors, steps from the Prado and the wonderful restaurants and bars of Letras. Highly recommend!
Not ideal for working, as the chair in the room is really uncomfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect — very convenient and close to everything we needed, which made our trip much more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly supportive, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Very Good
Excelent location, very attentive staff.
Unfortunately the layout of the room with a sunken sitting area could be dangerously slippery (as I did slip and fall down on the stairs and not able to walk properly for the next 2 days - luckily it happened on our last day in Madrid).

Fantastic location- close to Prado, etc, but quiet square. Rooms large and comfortable, staff fantastic.
Gym comically tiny, wish terrace open more of the year- was a beautiful week

The staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was spacious, bed was comfortable. The restaurant was excellent. The location was fabulous, right near the Prado and in the center of everything. I really appreciated viewing the collection of ancient urns and tiles.
The bathroom though fully equipped and clean and attractive lacked grip bars and the shower hose was hard to wrangle.
