This boutique hotel houses a permanent display of art from Papua New Guinea. Hotel Urban has a small rooftop swimming pool and a terrace open in summer, and a cocktail bar. The hotel has beautiful design, and facilities include a gym. The hotel features a gastronomic restaurant CEBO, with Michelin-starred duet Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo as main chefs. The location is great
The room was so noisy, when we checked in the told us they’d have a better room possible the next day which I thought was odd. But that night I knew why, there is a small street beside the hotel and every time a car passed, it went over two loose manhole covers, this was constant throughout the night and some odd noise like someone was moving furniture which I think was the lift, not sure. The next morning asked to be moved and they couldn’t accommodate and the same the following morning. I found the receptionist disingenuous, as she was she was shocked it was a noisy room. The hotel is not worth the money, maybe if you are on the top floor.
