This boutique hotel houses a permanent display of art from Papua New Guinea. Hotel Urban has a small rooftop swimming pool and a terrace open in summer, and a cocktail bar. The hotel has beautiful design, and facilities include a gym. The hotel features a gastronomic restaurant: CEBO, with Michelin-starred duet Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo (Oba-) as main chefs. There is also a cocktail-bar on the roof-top terrace "La terraza del Urban", and Cocktail Bar Glass by Sips with barista made cocktails. Rooftop Terrace & Pool are only open in summer. The décor of the hotel and the rooms includes special lighting, natural wood and stone and Oriental art. All rooms are soundproofed and offer free wired internet, a flat-screen TV. All TV in rooms feature ChromeCast offering connectivity to platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube, etc. The Thyssen-Bornemisza Gallery is 656 feet away. Well located. Exceptional service and the breakfast was delicious! It was expensive but the experience matched it.
It is disappointing that the roof terrace was sent open until 11am as we would have liked the opportunity to get outside in the morning for fresh air.

Location
Hotel was dated and room wasn’t as represented online. Furniture at fridge was broken. I checked in using hotel online portal and registered my credit card. My girlfriend arrived early and they made her pay at check in even though they had my credit card and check in online was complete. Small details but this was not a 5-star hotel. Disappointed

This is an elegant boutique hotel, beautifully located. The staff are attentive and professional. The facilities are first class. The breakfast is not to be missed.
