Excellent position. All sites were within walking distance. Staff were exceptional. They were so helpful and very charming. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Had dinner at their restaurant Cebo which was fantastic.
Nothing. It was our first visit to Madrid and the experience was so positive we can’t wait to return.

Definitely felt like a higher-end hotel, without the extremely high-end prices. We were welcomed by very friendly staff with a glass of Cava, and our bags were brought to our rooms very promptly. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed and dramatic, and everything was very clean. The room was comfortable and elegant, and the bathroom, with a double sink, two showers, and a separate toilet room with a bidet, was very nice.
Some of the lights in the room were a bit difficult to figure out, and the only waste bin in the bathroom was very small and in the separate toilet room, but other than that, can't think of any complaints.

The service provided by all the staff was excellent.
The interior design of the hotel was a delightful surprise.
The location of the hotel was exceptional.
The car park was great.
The wardrobe automatic light did not turn off due to the hinged door not aligned. The suite room size was great but lacked shelving or storage space for bathroom items and suitcase placement.

The staff was wonderful, especially Paula and Carolina who both helped me enormously with my application for an emergency passport since mine was stolen in Bilbao.
Occasionally the doorman was unavailable to help me with my things.

The service and location were exceptional
The pool area is very small and not well managed in the sense that sunbeds were left with towels on for hours, so other people did not feel able to use them and had nowhere to relax. This was something of a disappointment
