The location is very good, walking distance to major sites, restaurants and shops. The staff were particularly helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is excellent! Apart from having a very good selection, there is something specially pleasing about starting your day with white tablecloths and starched napkins.
The room was a bit dark, the only window faced an interior courtyard. Absolutely no privacy in the bathroom. Shower and tub have a window facing the room, and even with the screen down, if the lights are on, it’s totally see through

Gorgeous hotel, lovely reception staff, complimentary glass of cava or water on arrival, complimentary minibar, the place smells incredible, lovely rooftop bar.
Our room was situated right next to the cleaners’ storeroom so from 6am onwards the storeroom door was being constantly slammed and the cleaners were shouting back and forth at each other. Mattresses are also extremely firm which isn’t great for side sleepers - crushed shoulders.

The noise level was not pleasant. Doors needed to be adjusted to slowly shut without slamming. Elevator needs to be quieter. All night you can hear the movements on the rail.
The rooftop bar noise above my room was something that I needed to anticipate and not go to bed to early.

This is my second time staying here and its got everything. The regular room is nothing special as far as size, but its clean with great AC, water pressure and temp in the shower, comfortable bed with good blackout curtains. Great location w/ easy access.
My only complaint is whatever air freshener/scent they pump through the whole hotel is a bit too strong. Other than that no complaints.
