This property was exceptional! The staff was extremely helpful, the rooms were wonderful, the location cannot be beat, and the rooftop bar was always busy. We walked everywhere for restaurants and shopping and even our Segway tour. We were accidentally here during a festival, but everything was great. We were greeted with champagne, and our room was ready early. I thought it was overpriced when I booked, but for the location (and I guess the festival), it was fine. Highly recommend!

Several things made our trip a little less enjoyable at the property -
While the location was great, right in the middle of Gran Via, it was extremely noisy late into the night.
We didn’t have breakfast included in our room so one of the mornings, we went up to the restaurant to have a quick bite, the waitress gave up the option of al a carte OR buffet. We chose 1 item each for the Al a carte and later found out that it’s an all inclusive pricing so we could have eaten more! For 4 of us having a toast or omelet and juice/coffee turned out to be over 120 euros! We tried to explain to the reception desk at the time of check out, they just shrugged.
We had also requested connecting rooms and the hotel blatantly refused to give us that. We had to manage with neighboring rooms.
Overall, could have been so much better, but the hotel was NOT helpful. Not recommending families to stay here. It may be fine for business travelers.

The staff was very helpful with the dog who travelled with us. We stayed in a nice room with enough space for the dog to walk around. Very warm experience !

Generally the staff were good. They let me check out earlier than my check out date and pay only for the night I stayed. So thank you. Room is nice
The bed is unbearable. The reason why I had to leave early. The bed is very hard for my liking and pillows were not comfortable too.

the location is perfect its in the middle of the city ,the rooms was nice and clean we took our breakfast outside the hotel and the staff was so freindly
