Slow elevator to and from my room on the fifth floor. Often, it stopped in between floors but too many people wanted on. They either had to wait or take the stairs...You need another elevator serving the guest rooms.

Everything in the hotel was 5 star!
The restaurant next to the hotel was terrible. Asked for ice, felt like I was pulling teeth. Came in for dinner, wanted to sit in the back area, no one came to wait on us. We left.

Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Location excellent with plentiful of good choices of restaurants within close proximity. Breakfast is well above expectation with great varieties
1st night there was an power outage during midnight but it is not hotel issue (whole area around the hotel are down)
