We loved the location as was very central and close to the Metro.
Very warm welcome, superb room, enjoyed the gym and the breakfast was excellent with the most attentive staff.

The setup of the room , no privacy in the bathroom.
Noise protection was very low .
Construction or repair was above my room very noisy (this a should be a temporary work) but they could not assigning the room for any one.

i liked the dyson and the cleanliness of the room. it was nice, organized and clean.
The power went out TWICE during my stay, once while I was right in the middle of doing my hair... that was not pleasant. The TV didn't connect to my phone for Netflix as the staff had told me it would, even after multiple tries. the speakers also didnt connect to my phone as promised... loads of eyerolls, but i was comfortable in the end.

Great location, clean and great quality
Not crazy about the room I was given, although it was an “upgrade” as it looks into an enclosed building. Too many switches for the lights and “bells and whistles.” Keep it simple! I prefer simplicity.

The breakfast was outstanding! The service was excellent from the front door, to housekeeping, to the staff maintaining a truly immaculate breakfast service from 7a-11a. The longer hours were especially appreciated by our party. The location could not have been better.
