The hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, right in the city center and close to all the main attractions. The room was incredibly spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were thoughtful and welcoming. I even loved that the bathroom had a Dyson hair dryer, which was a great touch. The hotel pays attention to every detail with small gifts and excellent hospitality. It honestly feels like a five-star hotel, and the gym is fully equipped!!
My only concern was the bathroom window… As I was staying with children on the 5th floor, I was worried they might open it, especially since it’s easily accessible from the bidet. A child safety lock would be a great addition.

Everything!!!! I love staying in this hotel. It's my third or fourth time, and I love the attention, the breakfast, the rooms are always so nice. The location is amazing, its close to basically everything and there are metro entrances and bus stops close by. Always try to stay here whenever I'm in madrid.
The shower could have better water pressure.
